He serves as a growth marketing advisor for startups, incubators and venture funds throughout New York City.

Charlie Hyun, Partner — Brand

Charlie is an incredibly thoughtful media expert who has his finger on the cultural pulse and knows how to bring attention to brands in a natural way. He built his network working with brands on advertising and content strategy across several media properties: ESPN, NBC Universal, Vice, and Revolt TV. He cut his teeth in the music industry working with Cam'ron and Diplomat Records, learning how Hip Hop influences consumer behavior and commerce.

Daniel Kim, Partner — Talent

Daniel is an attorney & talent agent who has amassed enviable experience in the pro sports and entertainment industry. He has worked with high-profile athletes, personalities & influencers and was the architect of a wide gamut deals you've definitely heard of or seen. He started his career at CAA where he worked with global brands like Nike, Bose, & Red Bull and the New York Knicks, the Atlanta Hawks, the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Brooklyn Nets. He's known for being an effective advocate for his clients and getting the deal done.

Doug Bello, Partner — Creative

Doug is a Cannes Lion award-winning Creative Director and 3D animator. A native of Sao Paulo, Doug’s commercials have touched Brazilian households on TV screens and influenced institutional investors on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. When he’s not creating brand films, he’s teaching at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY and exploring NYC with his camera in-hand.
